Faith is great. I ahave had the worst luck with insurance brokers and feeling like they do not do what they say they are going to do. Over the last several months, we have had nothing but issues with other insurance agents (clearing houses) not responding to our calls or emails and basically pricing us out of their markets. We get a chuckle out of your Chapman commercials and decided to give them a try.
Chapman Agent, Corey Lieb out of Naples, Florida, immediately followed up with us after I sent in a quote request and was an absolute delight to work with, even when I altered my request! He was incredibly patient and listened to me rattle on even though I am certain he had more important work to do.

I dealt with Jamie Miholovich initially. She was very professional and attentive. She was the one who directed me in the right direction. For auto insurance she directed to Clay. He send me quotes with my auto policy. She also helped me with medical insurance. Directed to the representative I can deal with that. Every time I had a question, if she didn’t have all the answers she would direct to the person who could help me. Extremely helpful. Even after she directed me to right people. She followed up with me to make sure I was taken care of. Excellent customer service. Would recommend Chapman just because of Jamie. Can’t say enough about her.
