Aimee was awesome. The quote was higher than my current policy, however they really have excellent customer service over the phone.

I did an online request for a quote last night at about 9 PM. By 7 AM Cody had reached out to me introduced himself and got to work. By 4 PM the same day he had already found me a better rate, saving me $1200 a year. Signed the paperwork and sent a cancellation to the old insurance company, all in less than 24 hours! The commercials don’t lie!!

Within a couple hours of filling out a quote request, Dylan reached out to us and discussed our needs, (we had just found out that our previous homeowner's insurance policy would be going up by $500/year, so it was time to shop around). Chapman - Jaymin Eastman and Wendy Morell- are the best insurance providers. As a realtor®, I have interacted with several insurance providers, by far these two are the best. For professional, accurate, timely results, Chapman Insurance and these two providers offer excellent service.

Krystal Kontzamanis has been supporting me with a warranty claim that has been initiated in order to correct two leaks in my 2 year old roof. Krystal's professionalism, responsiveness, and ability to simplify the claims process, as well as her effective communication and support throughout this claim process has made the experience much more facile.
