I had the most satisfying encounters with Logan. I presented him with an immediate need due to condo management change. While I could supply my info of course, I could not supply the info on inspections etc that our management company possessed. He followed through again and again to fi ally reach them. They had not followed through. He kept me updated thru the continuing calls. He was always professional yet personal and personable. I have already recommended him to another contact. I love my agency in Wisconsin who cannot cover Florida property. Their counterpart here could not cover my unit due to its age but Logan persevered and found coverage at far far less than state recommended agencies.Extra points to him as all this occurred during the holidays. I would give him 10 stars but I can't find any on this review.

Over the last several months, we have had nothing but issues with other insurance agents (clearing houses) not responding to our calls or emails and basically pricing us out of their markets. He send me quotes with my auto policy. She also helped me with medical insurance. Directed to the representative I can deal with that. Every time I had a question, if she didn’t have all the answers she would direct to the person who could help me. Extremely helpful. Even after she directed me to right people. I would like recognize Travis for going above and beyond. We are under construction on our new home and requested a flood insurance estimate from Chapman Insurance Company. When we received the policy estimate, we were very surprised by the annual cost. I immediately connected with Travis and he spent time explaining all the details of the estimate and the reasons why the estimate was so high. However, he did not stop there, Travis took the initiative at 4:45pm on Friday afternoon to dig into the reason further. After working with the underwriter until 5:30 he realized the Elevation Certificate was incorrect and was negatively impacting our policy. We would not have identified this error if it was not for Travis. He went above beyond by taking the time to review every detail, connecting with the underwriter and then effectively communicating back to me what I need to do to revise the Elevation Certificate after hours on a Friday evening. I appreciate Travis for being a great partner and I would like to thank him for his time working with me to secure a Flood Insurance Policy.

Sheril told me what I needed to have done and also gave me the names of some home inspectors that service the area where I live. She was able to get me a new insurance policy with only a slight increase in the premium. I would highly recommend asking for her if you need to get reinsured.When I arrived in Florida after purchasing a home on Pine Island I was surprised to find the insurance was so high, considering I had done all of the required updates to my home, wind mitigation, hurricane glass, metal roof, etc. I contacted the State Insurance Agency and worked with Dawn Hines., a very savvy broker She had my home reevaluated and was able to reduce my yearly premium by over $2000! Since that time she has kept me abreast of opportunities to reduce my insurance even further by switching to another more competitive company.
