Agent Faith McGrail, is such a delight, patient, kind person to do business with.
Behind the scenes she has my back, when my homeowner ins. was coming up for renewal she reached out to me to inform me of a better quote to insure my home, not only my home but made sure I was getting good courage on my auto policy.

There are a few reasons I went with Chapman. Their agents Cory Renaud and Dylan Rector-Davis were prompt and professional. Dylan took the time to explain the facts about the Florida homeowner market which was more than helpful. Other agencies I dealt with were slow to respond and/or unwilling to share the state of the market. Chapman is also local to me which I still believes matters. Their company size is also a benefit. I never thought buying insurance would feel like being rescued by a superhero, but then Jessica showed up and absolutely body-slammed my stress into another dimension.

I came in confused, unprepared, and halfway convinced I was about to sign my life away to some insurance demon. I recently bought a home in Cape Coral. I needed home and flood insurance. I contacted this company and immediately was contacted by Cody Renaud. Very professional, great service and friendly! Faith is great. I ahave had the worst luck with insurance brokers and feeling like they do not do what they say they are going to do. I have even had one shop my rate and tell me my current policy should be shopped right at cancelation and dont pay until he finds new provider than ghost me for a week. I ended up haveing to be put on high risk policy after i got cancelled!!! Faith not only stayed on top of my policy, but also shopped my policy and saved me a lot of money!

Over the last several months, we have had nothing but issues with other insurance agents (clearing houses) not responding to our calls or emails and basically pricing us out of their markets. We get a chuckle out of your Chapman commercials and decided to give them a try.
Chapman Agent, Corey Lieb out of Naples, Florida, immediately followed up with us after I sent in a quote request and was an absolute delight to work with, even when I altered my request! He was incredibly patient and listened to me rattle on even though I am certain he had more important work to do.

I dealt with Jamie Miholovich initially. She was very professional and attentive. She was the one who directed me in the right direction. For auto insurance she directed to Clay. He send me quotes with my auto policy. She also helped me with medical insurance. Directed to the representative I can deal with that. Every time I had a question, if she didn’t have all the answers she would direct to the person who could help me. Extremely helpful. Even after she directed me to right people. She followed up with me to make sure I was taken care of. Excellent customer service. Would recommend Chapman just because of Jamie. Can’t say enough about her.
