Rena Michelle Finley goes by her middle name in most circles, but you might hear her closest friends call her by her first. She grew up in Madisonville, KY, and moved to Fort Myers as a preteen. She attended Evangelical Christian School, which means she has known her now-boss, Brian Chapman, for over 20 years! Michelle loves being with friends and family, riding around in her golf cart, or being out on the water.
Since joining the team in mid-2019, Michelle has made herself a valuable member of our Fort Myers office! She is a positive presence and is always willing to lend a helping hand. Coming from the banking world means she has the challenge of learning a new industry, but her motto is “if you are afraid to fail, you are afraid to succeed,” so we know she will continue to succeed with that attitude! Michelle believes in always keeping your word and going the extra mile, even when it’s difficult or inconvenient. We are thankful to have her on the team!
